We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders billed or shipped to the state of California (8.75%).

To redeem a credit just shop and check out as you normally would. During checkout you can then enter credit code into the discount code field. You will get a confirmation message indicating that the credit has been applied to your order.

USA shipping costs and methods?
All domestic orders are shipped via UPS. All international and military orders are shipped via USPS. All packages are shipped insured. We cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. for domestic shipping via UPS therefore a street address and phone number are required for all shipments.
Our web site will automatically calculate the correct shipping charges for your order. Charges are calculated based upon the weight of the package and the destination. All orders will be shipped within 3 weeks of receipt of your order - contingent on availability. If delivery is to be delayed or the item is unavailable we will inform you by email with an estimated delivery date.
You should receive your order within 5-7 days after we ship it. That is the delivery period quoted by UPS for all standard ground deliveries. You may request overnight or second day delivery for an additional charge; again you will incur additional $5.95 charge per product. Please contact customerservice@robynrhodes.com or call 1-818-230-7939 to set this up.
Your order will be shipped within 3 weeks business weeks following placement. If you request rush delivery, we will do our best to expedite your order. Please keep in mind that we do not carry any pieces in stock. Each piece will be handmade especially for you. If multiple pieces are ordered, delivery time may be delayed. Please contact us if you have any concerns and/or would like to rush your order. Typically there is a fee of $5.95 per product to put your order in front of the line, plus the fees of the rush shipping itself.

We accept international orders via our website for selected countries through USPS. If your country is not listed as an option, please email customerservice@robynrhodes.com or call 1-818-230-7939. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties and/or taxes. This is not a charge from Robyn Rhodes Jewelry. Please contact USPS or your local Customs office for more information regarding these charges.

We ship to all of the United States and territories, APO/FPO addresses, Canada, as well as countries in Europe, Latin America, Asia, and the Middle East.

We cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. for domestic shipping via UPS therefore a street address and phone number are required for all shipments. We ship to all of the United States and territories, APO/FPO addresses. We recommend shipping to your place of business or office to ensure receipt of package. Please avoid having packages shipped your home if you are not regularly home as there have been thefts from front porches.

What is your return policy?
All products are covered by our LIMITED WARRANTY. If the product is determined within 10 days to have a manufacturers defect, we will repair or replace it at no cost. We will even provide you with a return shipping label.
If you are unhappy with your selection, you may return it within 14 days of the confirmed UPS or USPS receipt date. You must email customerservice@robynrhodes.com for a return authorization number. When we receive the item and verify its condition, we will issue you a store credit, minus the shipping costs, that will never expire. We will not issue store credits for items without a return authorization number. These sorts of packages must be prepaid, insured for your own protection and in the original box. We do not accept returns that are not shipped in a box, as the jewelry will most likely be crushed in transit.
Once an item is sold, we cannot be responsible for any damages due to wear, negligence, modification or misuse.
Gift recipients are entitled to a merchandise credit only.
If you return a product outside of this process, your credit or exchange may be delayed or refused.
Custom orders are non-refundable and will not be accepted for return. We are unable to accept returns for items bought in any retail stores or on other retail websites.

How do I purchase a gift card?
Click on the Gift Cards link at the bottom of the right hand page. It will direct you to the site where you can purchase a gift card. Choose the amount and follow the prompts. It will be added to your cart and just check out as normal after your done shopping.

Return to topWhat are the gift card terms and conditions?
All Gift Cards are deemed purchased in and issued from the State of California. Gift Cards are not returnable and cannot be used to purchase another gift card. We can replace the remaining value on a lost gift card with the original purchase receipt.
The risk of loss and title to such items pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the recipient or delivery to the carrier.
Gift Cards do not expire.
